I love water, sunshine and clean wholesome high vibrational foods. Its been my life’s work to understand all aspect of life and living and how everything is connected. It has been through taking care of my elderly mother that I’ve been able to extend her quality of life and enjoy the laughter to the end. It’s through her example that I extend to all a lifetime of study and knowledge from many modalities. Nutrition, homeopathy, flower essences, essential oils, herbs, Chinese Medicine and Acupressure . I have a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and a Minor in Child Development and Family Relations from Brigham Young University. I am a Certified Practitioner in the Emotion Code, Body Code, Carol Tuttle’s EFT Energy Healing and Quantum Touch. I help you bring harmony and light through ultimate healing and balancing frequencies.
